Password info, important: For passwords only figures and/or letters are allowed, small will be differ from
big. For security there are two passwords for every pixelpack (and every minihompage). The first password
you choose by yourself, note it down together with the pixelpack-no. on a sheet of paper and keep them at a save
place, fill it in this order
form and send it to Studio Goldmine®. The second password you get by e-mail from
Studio Goldmine® together with your invoice. Both passwords are
imperative but sufficient for changing the registration by Studio
Goldmine®.
That applies to
purchaser of Studio Goldmine® as well as of reseller. If you lose or forget only
one of both passwords, you can't
change the registration and you can't sell your pixelpack also. Should someone get knowledge of both passwords
together with the pixelpack-no., he can let change the pixelpack registration and so you have lost all your rights
of this pixelpack!
Optional link: To get much more advertising benefit you can order a additional link near/over/below the
picture for extra charge. This link is seen much more better by looking at the
picture and so it offers a better effectiveness. Text length up to 20 characters (near horizontal formats up to 11

discrepancy between purchaser and reseller this amount will be decisive.
Info for the moment of concluding the contract of sale: It serves only to your security, if you fill in
here the moment of closing the pixelpack deal as exact as possible (end of auction, for excample). Purchaser
and reseller should make here the same spezification, that Studio

To pay the invoice of Studio Goldmine® there are the following possibilities:
Only inside of the European Union: You transfer the invoice amount in Euro to my
account at the Sparkasse Rhein-Neckar-Nord. In this connection there arise only the
normal fee for a home transfer for you.
Attention: Should you use this way to transfer from outside of the European Union without permission, you have
to pay the high bank fee to Studio Goldmine® later, which arise then.
Worldwide: You use for the transfer in Euro my account at the money transmitter
Moneybookers.
In this connection there arise beside the normal fee for a home transfer a further transfer fee for you of
only 1%, 50 Cent at the most. This fee will be charged
by Moneybookers. Your account number is concealed from Studio Goldmine®. To
register and use a Moneybookers account is easy and free.
Note: Responsible for your
published links are only yourself. Studio Goldmine® has the permission to delete
your published links completely at any time, if it or the linked website violate against law and order, without

Infos about free resale and free purchase of artpixel:
As an owner of artpixel you can sell your artpixel every time.
As a purchaser, every time you can buy artpixel from a reseller, too.
Principle both contracting parties are absolute free to do this. You must only consider, that Studio
Goldmine® only make the registration, if you present the both valid
passwords.
Studio Goldmine® recommends prospective buyers either contact
the pixelpack owner directly with the pixelpack link to negotiate the price, or to look at ebay for pixelpacks
that are for sale, that reseller should offer there with the note artpixel. (At ebay it could take
any time, till you find there always pixelpack offers). Studio Goldmine® will
the benefit pixelpacks put up for auction at ebay, too, by using the note artpixel.
Studio Goldmine® recommends resellers put their pixelpacks for
auction to ebay, using the note artpixel.
Is the purchaser in agreement with the pixelpack reseller about the price, Studio
Goldmine® recommends to keep the following line of action for changing the
ownership, to rule out misuse as far as possible:
- The purchaser fills in here the order form complete and send it to Studio
Goldmine®. The purchaser also mailes his e-mail-address, which gives
he to Studio Goldmine®, too, to the reseller.
- The reseller fills in here the notification form complete and send it to Studio
Goldmine®.
- As soon as Studio Goldmine® has recieved both mails with the new

- The purchaser transfers the agreed price of the pixelpacks to the reseller as well as the
fee at Studio Goldmine®.
- Was the contact between purchaser and reseller established by ebay, you should make your assessment there
only now.
Attention: If there are discrepancies the purchaser should supply evidence for the
transfer and the reseller should give a reference for the agreed price. Get the reseller no or not
enough money from the purchaser, he should contact him at first and should try to clear the problems by himself.
Shouldn't he reach satisfaction, he or the purchaser can contact Studio
Goldmine® and ask for a gratis attempt at mediation. Should the attempt at
mediation stay unsuccessful, Studio Goldmine® deletes the
registration of purchaser for the present. Then the pixelpack get a state of sleep as long as purchaser or
reseller has proved his legitimate right - for example with a link to the auctionsside or with a copy from the
bank statement - or till another consensual solution could be found. In case of doubt Studio
Goldmine® / Joachim Mink decides.
Studio Goldmine® / Joachim Mink hopes and wants, that all
participants associate respectful and correct with each other, that the motto "fun and success for
all" becomes true and that the participation at Studio Goldmine runs to the satisfaction of
all.
Therefore I hope, that I never have to use the both following rules:
- Already the attempt of fraud cause the deprivation of all rights at the pixelpack.
- If the purchaser isn't in Studio Goldmine®s payments with his
fee, he lose all rights at the pixelpack concerned, too. Studio
Goldmine® deletes his published links completely, without that
he could derived any claim.
